Oh my gosh the staff is so kind! Being recently from a large city I was surprised and delighted! Also speedy. Didn't have to wait long.
For the money go somewhere they know cars. They try hook and spoof on people. Tried to sell me a new battery for 100.00. Told them not when I have a 285.00 one in it I just bought. They have broken lug bolts off my truck. They have no one there that can fix them. They want you to go to a shop to get them fixed. Not happening, I fixed them on my own for 25.00. So if they had a minus they would get one. Just another way for Wal mart to screw you.
Nathan was my super hero today! I feel like I’m spending all my spare money on tires lately (screws and living on a long gravel road) Grrrr! Nathan fixed errors from a previous employee and fixed my tire without spending all my spare money. I’m come in often and I will continue to be a customer if the service is as great as it was today! Thank you!!!
It was strange. They said my tires, which are fairly new, were cracked and needed to be replaced as well as under 2/32 tread. I couldn't find any cracks and the tread looked nearly new on every part visible on all four tires. I took the car immediately to my mechanic who measured a bare minimum of 4/32 and found no sidewall cracks at all. I'm not trusting Wal-Mart anymore.
Got a flat, stopped in, had road hazard warranty on my tires, Nathan got me in and out in about 15 minutes, he was so sweet and fast, made it painless. Thank you so much Nathan!!!
