I had taken my vehicle in to be diagnosed and was their with my two young children for an HR or more--- not complaining about the wait time. When they returned they told me I had a bad cv axle which when asked at the front counter i stated that it was popping when steering wheel turned and making a whinding noise while going over 20 mph down the road... They stated they would replace it at a discounted price which would of been AMAZING if.... That would have fixed the popping and the winding noise when driving my vehicle... When dropping my vehicle off to be fixed i was promised that all that was wrong with my vehicle was the cv axle on the passenger side and when I picked it up it would drive with no mysteries noises. When husband picked my vehicle up the guy stated he replaced the axle but the vehicle was unfortunately doing the same as when it was dropped off to be repaired. He then stated it was my steering column system and that he cpuld fix but it qoyld be very costly. Needless to say i will never return to this business. I strive to have all my auto work done by Freds auto in Eureka Springs. Within a waiting period of 2 hrs and my vehicle being examined up in the air and driven down the road was showed by the mechanic who explained every thing to me. My vehicle had bad atruts all the way up all the way around just from lifting it up that was determined. I had a hose loose that was spraying oil everywhere, and my bumper was missing lots of retainers clips that were making a slite noise. They fixed many of these for free and set me up an appointment for my struts.

Very nice facility. Very inviting waiting room & office environment. Staff were extremely helpful in repairing my Chevy Equinox. Great guys to go to for any collision repair or to charge up your AC for the summer.

Professional, honest, dependable and on most vehicles they have a 3 day turn around. They can get you a rental car if one is needed. Their facility is top notch. Highly recommend!!!

I would like to say I am really glad that Mike and Cole have a business again in Berryville. Mike was down on the corner in the old Crow Pontiac building for over 20 years. Now he is in a new place across from George's gas on 62 East in Berryville. He and his son have went into business together and they have excellent service. Cole grew up watching his dad and this is what he loves to do now. I have had several of my cars repaired by them and they make them look like new. I could not reccomend them more.
