What a cool place! When you arrive, you're greeted by the owner (who is the grand daughter of the woman that built the place) and given a history of the property. After the short intro you are free to roam wherever you like. You can go inside and check out all the rooms, wander the gardens which are fantastic, and just try and imagine how this lady actually brought rocks back from the river to build these really neat outdoor features. It is just a short drive from Eureka Springs downtown area. Get out there and have a look!

Very interesting little stop on the way to, or from, Eureka Springs. House and grounds are covered with handmade items. Rocks, geodes, gems, shells... everything. Loved all the butterflies in their interior display. Seeing such a variety of plants growing inside is quite a rarity also. It was worth the $7 a person to see such an oddity.

This place is so different! Mr. Quigley built this house because she and her children tore the old one down and then she covered it in local stones. It's just gorgeous and different. At only $7 a person to visit it's definitely worth it and I love the fact that the family keeps it going!

Spent about 40 mins here but you could spend so much longer admiring all the stone work and quirks of the house. The gardens are beautiful and perfect for butterfly and bee watching. Bring a camera, and enjoy the sights and meeting the lovely granddaughter of the woman who designed the house. The history is wonderful!
