Robb is an honest guy that would never knowingly sell something that isn't a good vehicle. Some of these reviews are not even of his dealership, and some of them are flat-out lies. Do your homework. Ask around. You'll find he is a reputable, honest dealer that goes way above and beyond even after a sale to make sure his customers are happy with their purchase. Even with that, though, you can't make some people happy, no matter what you do.
Pony Express is a great place to buy a used car. Rob very straight for word about all his vehicles. They have great prices and great cars to choose from
Rob sold me a bmw for 4500 cash and new the engine had metal shavings in it. I drove it for two days and the engine started smoking and jumping as well as vibrating. A trusted mechanic told me the engine will be no good very soon. He new what he was selling and now he will not return any of my calls after calling for over a week. But he picked up on the first ring the 3 times I called prior to buying the car. He runs a very shady business.
I bought a 2004 Subaru WRX from Robb well over a year ago now. Robb had multiple documents from the previous owner regarding any repairs and services the vehicle had undergone. On top of that, Robb assured me that he had gone over the vehicle and ensured me that it was in good condition. We were able to work out a great deal on the vehicle and it’s still running great today. On top of all that, as a car person, it was beyond refreshing to be able to buy from someone who is also a car person. I definitely recommend buying from Robb and he’s more than willing to answer any questions you have.
