I took my Chevy Aveo in to have new brake pads installed. I had been hearing a “grinding noise” recently and made an appointment to be sure I would be safe driving it.nThey called to key me know they had done a driving test and looked further but after an internal inspection they told me the brakes were like new and did not need replacing at all!nThey were unable to find the “grinding noise” in the test drive or during the internal investigation, so I was only charged for the diagnostic work.nI gave five stars for the honesty, because it would have been very easy to take advantage of me, yet they did not.nI also liked the texting from appointment, to reminders, to finish, asking for this review.

These guys are great. Service is great, people are friendly. They will communicate with you by text after your work is done. They check your vehicle over very carefully. Honest service.

Long over due review of K-Way. We brought our 94 econoline van here after four other mechanics (including the ford dealership) couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. It took them some time but they got to the heart of the problem, something we NEVER would have thought of ourselves and now our van runs better than when we bought it. Can not recommend them enough, especially if you have an older vehicle with a bewildering problem otters can’t solve. Thanks K Way!
