It is worth the wait! Due to Covid they can only have so many people in the building at a time. So you will wait, but the food is delicious and the service is very good. I really liked the atmosphere, but we are pretty laid back people. Not fancy at all. Best pulled pork I've ever had. Includes skin on hand cut french fries. Great selection of beer. Jim had tortilla soup with sour dough bread. Outstanding!

Sparky's is my favorite restaurant in Eureka Springs and I've been going there regularly since I moved here 4 years ago. My boyfriend and I eat there any chance that we get, and we have never been disappointed. Every meal I've gotten there has been absolutely delicious, and there is a wide variety of items on the menu to choose from. I love their burgers, enchiladas, queso dip and their raspberry lemon cake. We go there just as much, though, for the service and atmosphere. I think Sparky's embodies the wonderful qualities and soul of Eureka Springs better than any other restaurant in town. Jennifer is an awesome waitress!

Sparky's is a wonderful place with lots of fun decorations to look at and great service. We had the special which was chicken enchiladas that were probably the best I've ever had served with rice and beans and salsa. We also had the grilled chicken salad which was also very very good. Our server Sarah could not have been any more fun! We also had chocolate brownie a lamode and key lime pie which both tasted homemade and excellent! Do yourself a favor and stop in here next time you're in Eureka!

A great experience. The drinks were tasty and the burgers juicy and delicious. The spicy burgers had some heat without being overwhelming and the flavor was very good.

Sooo delicious! Go hungry, get the enchiladas...or the burgers.or anything..but whatever you do, don't miss out on the garlic cheese fries!
