We were in NW Arkansas with a Mercedes Benz Sprinter RV and, right after filling up with Diesel, the truck just turned over but would not start. The nearest Benz dealer was a $1300 tow away. I didn't see anybody on Google that worked on Mercedes within 75 miles. Good Sam gave me Ozark Starter as a reference. I used to be a mechanic for 8 years so I know a lot about cars. Since the starter was turning over, I thought there was little they could do. In addition, I already knew from experience that Mercedes does not make it easy for third parties to access the customer's own computer's information.nnBoy was I wrong. Leon sent Jesse out - 22 miles round trip in driving rain and about 34 degrees, and within 20 minutes he had some information that he took back to Leon to formulate a game plan to determine if it was worth taking the expense of having it towed in. Mind you most places would have just towed the vehicle in. In the case of a 10,000 pound RV that's about $250 an hour. Within an hour Jesse was back out and discovered problem and had it running in about 5 minutes.nnTwo trips out for less than one hour of towing. How awesome is that?nnObviously HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We found Leon and Ozark Starter & Automotive after our Ford F350 developed a transmission fluid leak after pulling our rig from S.C. Kansas to Table Rock lake. We were able to get the truck to their location where they removed the transmission and installed a new front seal after examining it for other issues. Leon in addition to being extremely friendly was very communicative during the process and worked hard to make sure our truck was ready by the time we had to move our 5th wheel from its spot. Nothing more than necessary was offered and the truck pulled our rig back home after the 4th of July Holiday without any evidence of a leak. I thought their bill was reasonable and I'm very happy and recommend them without reservation.
