David Scultz had no idea how to go about setting up a Will and Trust with an established estate, and was rude and short-tempered in asking questions to clarify matters. After 5 minutes of dealing with his confusion and going in circles it was clear to me this wasn't the law firm to go to, so I got up and left, telling him it would be best for me to find another attorney who could assist me. Total waste of my time!

It has been several years since I hired Shawn Macpherson, but I am still eternally grateful for what he did for my family. He successfully helped me with my parenting plan, to keep my son and I safe, and then did a step parent adoption for us. My son officially has his REAL Daddy's last name.nIt is a beautiful ending to that part of our lives. Thank you again!
