Great guys, really know their stuff!

Definitely a VERY SHADY business. I went to get some LED lights installed and they assured me they were plug and play and would not read any codes on my dash for the lights being out. I was about 30 minutes early to my appointment in the hopes they could get me in early, they did which was great... It only took the guy about 20 minutes and I went to leave and the headlights would not even come on! I went back inside and the guy came out and said it probably needed resistors wired in to make them work properly I said okay I will pay for them and he said I would have to come back next week that he did not have time. I told him that was unacceptable that my appointment time had not even arrived yet and you're telling me you don't have time that makes no sense and you would leave me without headlights! He went back in and got it done and when he came back out it was dinging on my dash that the headlights were out but at least they worked and he told me he would find a solution to make my dash not do that and get back with me. A week went by and he did not get back to me nor did they answer my phone calls. One night my lights went out completely and I was in the dark and had to pull over. Very dangerous. They still do not answer my phone so I called from my work phone with a different number and they answer right away and told me to bring it by and they will get it taken care of. I went down there and the guy informed me they would not have time to get it taken care of that I needed to make an appointment for the following week which was extremely ridiculous because I would be driving without headlights at night they did not seem to care... when all I wanted them to do was take them out and refund me and just put some regular bulbs back in. That can't take very long right? They should have helped me out same day knowing that what they did was defective! So I had to make another appointment and I was told I was refunded and that it would only take two business days. needless to say I never got refunded and I keep calling back and they said they show that I hadn't been refunded and they don't know what to do and we'll get back to me and no one ever gets back to me ever and will not answer calls from my phone! So now I guess my only option is to dispute the charge with my credit card company they don't seem to care if you have an issue once they have gotten your money. I hadn't even left the place before I had an issue! VERY SHADY! The lady at the counter doesn't know what to do in any scenario she keeps putting you on hold to go ask someone else, so why not get somebody who knows the answers to work up front

Very poor experience with Tyler. I spoke with him about a truck he listed for sale on a Friday about 6:00pm. By about 8:40 we had a deal worked out on the truck. I told him I’d come get it on Monday for the agreed price. I took off work, went to the bank and borrowed the money. I got a friend to give me a ride so that I could drive the new truck back. As I was leaving Tyler text me saying he couldn’t take our agreed upon price. He now wanted $1000 more. Said he would loose money. I told him that was great. I took off work, had to arrange a ride for the 5 hour round trip and would have to pay a processing fee of $150 for the loan. He came down $500 and said if I couldn’t do that he didn’t know what to tell me. If you tell a person you’ll take a price on something stick by your word. This guy waited 3 days to tell me he couldn’t accept what he originally said he would. Cost me $350 for the loan fee and missing a days work. Thanks Tyler.
