Awesome atmosphere. Family owners. I enjoy having a quiet room and a music room. I also appreciate the flexibility of having free weights and a large variety of machines to focus in on whatever it is that I want to work that day. I never get bored with all the variety.
Best gym I have ever been to! They have equipment other gyms don't. Like a rope climbing station and a giant tire station! The staff and accommodation are by far the best. Would recommend to everyone.
I am a gym owner here vacationing and STS blew me and my teenage kids away! Great space, selections of weights and atmosphere! The kids are wrestlers, even got in a drilling session! You have it all ! Friendly as can be! Thanks ! Will be back.
If you want to put size on or cut down, very motivational place to be, especially for body builders and power lifters. ud83dudc4d
