Hands down one of the best Child care Centers in Bentonville. When we moved from Texas, my biggest fear was finding a new school for our son. He absolutely LOVED going before the move. The Centers Director is outstanding, and cares for the kids like her own. We have felt right at home from the first day we took a tour to now! They have an APP where you can follow your child’s activities, and the teachers will post pictures and videos which are such a great gift to see while at work. Updates happen daily, and they keep parents informed 10000% with every little detail. Our little boy comes home daily with something new and fun to share with us! We love our Trucks and Tiaras family! ud83dudc9cud83dudc9c

Our child has attended Truck’s and Tiara’s for three years now and we have always been happy. She has loved all of her teachers and has learned a lot since attending. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone. All of her teachers not only care about her, but we truly feel that they love her as one of their own. They are flexible and understanding and the owner is wonderful to work with!

As a new mom, I was adamant on finding the absolute best place for my newborn and Trucks and Tiaras has exceeded my expectations. Everyone in the center has been extremely nice and has assured me that my child was going to be in good hands while I was away. I am eager to watch my child grow and learn within this facility!!

I was impressed at first and eager to have my child attend. The first day she was eager as well. After the first day she would cry saying she didn't want to go. We persisted thinking it was the move from California or the sadness of the new school and not having her old friends there. After a few weeks i dropped her off during meal time. I witnessed the teacher scolding and yelling at kids for eating before praying. Mind you i asked if it was a non religious school and they said yes. We have never taught our daughter to pray before meals. I knew right then and there she was being shamed everyday for not praying before eating. Then the teacher also yelled at the kids for talking during meal time. She wanted them completely silent. A classroom full of 3 and 4 year olds. This was just one classroom. They have many for each age group. I wont rate any other room. The staff is really nice. The owner as well. But the preschool teacher was not friendly to the kids from what i personally witnessed. My child use to love school and now she is scared to go. We are currently trying to get her in a new one and hoping she will want to go if she helps us pick it out.

The owner doesn’t seem to care only cares about the money! In January my wife and I contacted Alicia the owner because we were looking for another daycare that was a little bit more structured, so that we could prepare my 4 year old for kindergarten. We loved our previous daycare and so did our 2 kids. We were only thinking about leaving to prepare my 4 year old better. After speaking with Alicia the owner of trucks and tiaras we agreed to pay $420 every 2 weeks. So we made the change, it took right around 3 months for both of my boys to become completely adjusted to the new daycare and they seemed to enjoy. Fast forward 4 months I go in one day to pick my 2 boys up and receive a letter stating that because she made the choice not to renew her contract for her head start program that she is having to raise our prices along with adding a $200 a year supplies fee and gave us less than a months notice about the change. The new charge to me was going to be $760 every 2 weeks, almost double what I was paying previously. It seems to me like Alicia gave me and my wife the original price to get us into her daycare waiting for my children to be come comfortable and the tried sticking it to my wife and I. I’m not the only one she did this too, she did it to my cousin roughly 2 months prior to us receiving our letter, I was hoping that she wasnt going to do the same to us but she did. I believe Alicia knew what she was doing when we first talk to her, it’s sad to think that my children had to have another change in daycares because of someone’s greed. There are far better daycares that have 10 times the credibility than trucks and tiaras if you want to pay that much money! The teachers are ok and the kids like them but Alicia and her management team suck! She even has her Facebook for the daycare set so you can’t post a review, the only types of businesses that do that are ones that are shady and afraid of what people are going to say! *edit - as the owner wanted to mention before coming to her daycare my children attended a licsensed in home daycare! I understand that there is a pricing difference that is why we paid more for her daycare than we did the licsensed in home daycare. When you give someone a price for your services you don’t change it 4 months later after my kids became comfortable. You gave us a price just to get us in the door and then jacked the rates up, and I was not given a months notice!
