Domino's Pizza

We live 5 min away. We waited for 2 hrs for the pizza, Called 3 times to check on it because they said 20 min. They kept telling us the driver was getting lost. I asked for the supervisor And told her I didn't want cold pizza she was VERY rude, I asked for her Supervisor and she hung up on me. Don't waste your money! Pizza was cold and soggy! The supervisor that was so terrible and rude on the phone was Hannah! Our delivery lady Bethany was sweet and helpful.

Dominos is usually pretty good, but don't go to the centerton one! I've been a handful of times, hoping for something better because I know the franchise it's a part of is great. But! It's always been something wrong with this one. If you need your dominos kick, take the time to go to the one down in Bentonville instead.

This issue has went on multiple times and all I get is a sorry. I have not asked for anything from them. My wife placed an order for 3 pizzas for my daughter and her friends last night. So I did not see the pizzas till lunch time when I was going to heat some up for my kids. 2 of them were burnt and they have big bubbles all over them. The girls hardly ate any of them, due to being to burnt and the big bubbles. I just want my money back or new pizzas.

Delivery is 1 hr plus basically at any time. averages 1hr 15 minutes. Store CANNOT keep up with the volume or they are understaffed/poorly managed. Food is good but service is poor.

Very reliable. Good product and friendly service. I never eat in the store, but it’s always very clean and appealing. If Dominos would put in a fountain drink machine, I imagine they’d have more people dine in. I always use the app. I like the technology that Dominos has implemented.
