Very nice atmosphere, everything was explained really well. The coach was very encouraging; overall a very nice workout experience.
My son loves it and I've seen great improvement in his day to day life.
This box is my second home. On day 1, you're part of the family. I was someone who never worked out before Crossfit so to say I had no idea what I was doing was understatement. But all these years later, I can't live without it and that's all because of excellent coaching, endless encouragement, no dull workouts, and a fun, family environment!nIf you're even remotely curious, come check it out. You won't regret it!
Dropped in on a weekend trip and the Saturday morning crew was so welcoming and friendly! The space is really well equipped and organized, the programming was challenging, and Coach Joe did a great job encouraging and leading us. Thank you CrossFit Bentonville for a great weekend WOD!!
Found this amazing box while in Bentonville on business. Very friendly coaches and members with a clean gym. They limit class sizes so you get a lot of 1 on 1 feedback. Check it out if you are in the area!
