Love this place! Clean studio, simple app sign-up and payments, great classes - all in beautiful downtown Camas. I especially love that the owner (who is a local sports mom) hosts classes for school sports teams. What else can I say?

I love this place! It is so clean and inviting. Even for a beginner like me, I found the classes accessible yet just challenging enough to keep me motivated.

I had my first experience with power yoga here!nI am more into vinyasa yoga or Hatha yoga however, this still was a fantastic experience! Kristina was my teacher!nThe class was challenging for me, but she did a great job at instructing us, easy to follow along, and she helps you learn how to do the more advance poses which I found to be super awesome!nOver all if you love hot yoga, or power yoga I highly recommend this place, and I would highly recommend for a first experience with Kristina!

I love this studio! The atmosphere is so inviting, and the classes are challenging, yet I never feel intimidated or uncomfortable.

I tried the Camas location and it is a great place to practice hot yoga. The instructors such as Jackie and Michal are knowledgeable and very friendly. There are a variety of hot yoga classes beyond the standard Bikram 26. I also like the 60 minute class vs. the 90 minutes in Bikram.
