Always on time, used to explain and consult with us like what level of service our automobile needed and impacts if we not fix this. Categorized the preference of fixes. Appreciate the Hospitality and quality of service provided by all staffs and service engineers.

Had a service appoint which was made a week in advance. I was told today because a service advisor did not come to work they couldn't perform the work. I'm so confused Service Advisors do not work on cars so why would that matter

Awful customer service. Took my car a couple of times to solve some issues, never solved. Took it to Fayetteville, all problems solved.

Very prompt service. A real pleasure to visit Fletcher Honda. Kenneth WEBB takes great care in making sure my Accord is properly maintained. The waiting area is very pleasant and has everything needed to keep you occupied during the servicing of your vehicle.
