I had a hail claim. 1st time. Didn't know much about the claim process or what to expect with prices and payment. The staff was very knowledgeable about the whole process from start to finish. They did a vertical estimate and started the insurance claim. Gave me a date to drop the vehicle off and a time frame. They even set up the rental car for me. Everything went smoothly! The staff was very friendly and helpful and really helpful with the process. Would really recommend them to anybody. Hate to see if I would have any more incidents but would definitely return with no questions!
I highly recommend this auto body shop if you happen to be in a collision or in need of body work. The owner was very professional and accommodating to my needs and situation. If I still lived in Bentonville I would definitely use their services again. The owner was very understanding of my situation and forgiving in his service. Definitely a 5 star business.
