They were very helpful in getting us the glass we needed in a timely fashion. They also gave us good information about other local businesses so that we could take care of things while we were waiting.
They were professional, quickly gave me a quote and the timeline for when my door was to be finished.nI was very impressed with everyone I came into contact with and I will highly recommend this company to everyone.
We had window film installed on our front door and sidelights. Kyle was fantastic to work with wearing a mask , cleaning up all debris and very friendly. We would recommend Kyle and Bentonville Glass to anyone needing glass work.
We had framless shower glass installed for our new shower. The installers were great. On time and very courteous. However, whoever was ordering the panels had issues with our order. The first time the guys arrived, they discovered the size ordered was incorrect (but the original measurements they did, they verified as correct). The second time they arrived, they discovered that one panel was not re-ordered. So, it took three visits to get the glass installed. But, like I said, the installers were great, and it looks beautiful, but it was a bit of a hassle, and no calls or ETA's from the office on those two times we had to wait.
They made what I asked out of mirror and glass. They communicated what they would do, how long, and cost up front. I appreciate knowing what I am getting into when it comes to something custom. They even had rounded edges on the glass which was safer and a nice touch without even mentioning it. I will use them again if I have any future glass projects.
