The team is extremely nice and very pleasant to work with! Performance has worked so well with my husband and I on buying two cars from them! We will be loyal customers and will come back when it's time to trade in again.

Beware of buying a car here, a lower price doesn't always mean better. If you do, make sure that you have at least $1,500 to $2,000 saved and ready for independent repairs. Purchased a car here a few days ago and already having issues with it. Just 4 days after driving off the lot, an engine light showed up on the dashboard which resulted in something to do with the heater core of the car being clogged, therefore not getting any hot air in the cabin. For my particular car, this turns out to be a $500-700 repair, for most other cars this repair is much more expensive. Luckily, after a lot of digging, I found out that my car is covered by an extended warranty from the manufacturer for this particular issue, otherwise I would have to pay it out of pocket. The car also had not been serviced by this dealer for minor issues before the sale, although they told me that I had nothing to worry about when I asked them for their service record (which they did not provide) and if I needed to do anything to the car such as oil changes, etc, during the sales process. The car was very low on important fluids and probably needs an oil change already too. I already had to flush and replace the coolant because it was extremely dirty, which cost me $180 as well as spent money on other fluids that the car needed in order to function properly. Today, I just got back from getting my title, and they immediately accused me of lying when I brought up to them that I already had to spend money on the car on fluids, after they told me that “I should be good” when I asked them if I needed to do anything to the car during the sales process. When I told them about my expenses and repairs, they did not say “it might have been a misunderstanding” or “we don’t service our cars before putting them for sale”, they IMMEDIATELY said “YOU ARE LYING”. Be careful when buying a car here, if you do take the risk, make sure to have an independent mechanic check it out beforehand, also make sure to take note of your conversations during the sales process (or they will accuse you of being a liar) and have enough money saved for expensive repairs. Personally, from now on, I will stay away from dealerships like this one, they only seem to care about making money and are quickly to accuse you of being at fault, lying or being wrong when you call them out.

Bought my 2012 Ram at the beginning of 2019. I've owned it for over a year and I still love it. They were even able to help me out and finance in the sales tax.

Beware!! I bought a vehicle here and immediately have some major issues with it. I drove from out of state and had my children with me and a very long drive home (which the Sluyter family were well aware of) and unfortunately I took their suggested test drive route which avoided the highway. I didn't realize how bad the steering was on the test drive because we were going slow due to traffic in the area. When I left the dealer and got onto the highway (with my kids), it started violently wobbling back and forth once I was up to 65 and almost had an accident on the interstate. Needless to say, I was afraid it drive it the rest of the way home and made my husband drive it. I took the kids in our old truck for the 6hr return drive.... super scary. On the way home, we also discovered the seatbelt chime and dash light come on intermittently and won't stop. After getting back home, we had to spend $800 replacing shocks and ball joints to try and correct the steering issues. I've had it for 3 weeks and it's been on the shop for 2. I finally got it back and now the check engine light has come on!!! I haven't even gotten the tag yet and I've had all these issues. I was a little on the fence about buying the vehicle because it was not in as good of a condition as I'd expected when I arrived, but Kirk assured me over and over that even though there were a few minor cosmetic issues, it was mechanically sound and in great shape. Very reliable, he said. He knew that I was about to travel on the highway for hours with my kids and had no issues straight up lying to me about it and putting my family at risk. Don't trust these people. If the price seems really good... it's because you are going to have to fork out a lot more to repair it once it's yours.

Very informative in the loan process. This was my first time to finance a car, and the process was very smooth. The car was in excellent condition as well!
