LA Fitness

I attend the Yoga classes and they seem to have the best instructor I have ever had. Jane explains the purpose of all the moves and mixes up her routines. She also plays nice gentle music, not the loud rock music like other gyms I have gone to. The gym is clean and seem to be cleaning all the time. I haven't used the equipment yet.

Great access to swimming pool and hot tub. They also have sauna which you access through the locker rooms. Well kept and professional staff and polite clientele. I use the treadmill, elliptical and weight lifting equipment. All clean and in good repair.

Good facility, always clean and neat, good staff that are always smiling and friendly.. Prices are good as well! love to come here for my trainings
