The staff is always very friendly and accommodating, and the equipment up to date. I'm actually use to older equipment, so I'm still learning to use the newer stuff. I definitely suggest spending the extra money and getting there upgraded package.

Great gym. I've been going here for years and love it. I've traveled a lot and done many drop-ins around the USA and this by far has exceptional coaching (I've witnessed many coaches who frankly did bare minimums and would rate them a 2/5). Great people and great atmosphere.

First time visiting there, and had a great workout. Every one was exceptionally welcoming, things were clean and well spaced out, felt like a safe place.

Clean, nice equipment. They have some really good trainers that work hard for the people they work with. Happy to have switched to.
