24 Hour Fitness

Awesome gym experience! Staff here was well educated in their account system and do all resolved an ongoing issue I’ve had at every 24HR Fitness location. Thank you for setting the account straight. To top it all off, the equipment here is very new, smooth articulation, and really clean. This gym is much nicer than any 24HR I’ve been to. Will definitely be recommending it to my co-workers since it’s right down the street. Thanks for having me!

Good luck ever getting away from 24hr fitness once they have your bank info! I was charged a full month of March even though the gym had shut down half way through due to COVID. I was then charged 2 full memberships ($90) for April (during the stay at home order when gyms were closed). I was upset that 24 hr wasn't willing to to give a refund, so I canceled our memberships in April. I am now (August 2020) STILL being charged for July and August because they apparently only canceled one persons membership (not my husbands) back in April. This is an error on 24 hr and this was not communicated with me back in April I requested cancellation of memberships! My husband was on my account and my credit card - both accounts should have been canceled when I requested back in April. The fact they are continuing to charge me, and not refunding for a membership I canceled 4 months ago!? IS PURE CORPORATION THEFT. I will never return to 24hr fitness. I will never recommend this gym to anyone.

Great gym overall. More so now since reopening due to covid - taking 30 minutes every hour to clean the equipment and help lower the spread of germs! Workers are very friendly and helpful!
