The gym is a great value!! Monthly coach touch bases and exercise programs. Rewards program is fun and interactive. I think their classes are best!!!.

A wide variety of free weights, machines and agility equipment. Very reasonably priced for having a lap pool. Plenty of coaching staff.

This program was well thought out. The workout sessions are applicable for both the gym and at home. Easy to follow and even video demonstrations of the workouts. Through determination and hard work, this program will change your body, as well as your outlook of what is possible!
