Don't even bother ordering here! I was told it would take 15min. I was outside waiting at the appointed time and let them know I was there. After waiting there 15 min, I went in and my food was just sitting there getting cold. Never again!

This is my 2nd review for this Pizza Hut. Last review is the same as this one only less stars. Online order. Got there to pick up. Texting Hut letting them know I was there got the reply someone will with me in a minute. After waiting over 10 minutes my husband goes inside to get our order. It was on the counter. We get home less than 5 minutes away. This pizza was beyond cold. Order less sauce, it was swimming in it. We won’t order anything from this place again. If you want a really nasty cold pizza and you want to walk in to get your contactless pickup this is the place for you

I placed on the website... 18 minutes into our 10-20 min wait time, we pulled into spot 3, (I didn't figure it would be ready being a fairly large order!) and before I could even get my phone out to check in, Our pizzas were at our doorside! I was beyond impressed! Best service Ive seen anywhere in a while!

We ordered dinner for our family, carry out. When we got home the neither of the pizza's were even cooked OR cut!! When I called they said their oven must not have been hot?? We will never eat at Pea Ridge Pizza Hut again. I wish I could give zero stars!!!

We ordered a thin crust with extra sauce with bell pepper and onion. Pizza is never consistently made. Some of it had some sauce and some of it didn’t. Crust was over done and hard. It didn’t have very much topping on it. I told my husband we would give them one more chance and today was it. We have been doing comparing of pizza. Recently got one from Eureka pizza. It was better than Pizza Hut but I have to give the thumbs up to Dominos Pizza. There pizza was excellent made just the way we wanted it. Sorry Pizza Hut but you’ve lost our business.
