I had Mr. Handyman come out this past Tuesday. As usual Zach was on time and very personable. I had a list of jobs to do and everything was done to the best fix. I used Mr. Handyman for years in Cypress, TX before I moved to Arkansas. They are always great at what I need repaired. Highly recommend them for whatever you need done. They stand behind their work and will do all that is possible to make it right. Thanks everyone at Mr. Handyman.

I worked with Russ to get a propane gas range installed and he was very helpful in trying to get the best job for the lowest price. The professional that installed it, Cullen Due, was so nice and professional. He did a wonderful job and was cleaned up and done in such a timely manner. I will use this company again! They can count on it!

I had a technician install approximately 12 feet of baseboard trim that was damaged and install a new kitchen faucet. The quality of work was fine and the technician was courteous and on-time. The issue I have is that the estimate (verbal only) was far below the actual invoice. This is partially my fault for not getting a written quote, but that actual charges were 34% above the high estimate. There were no extra materials needed or extra trips. Lesson learned: get a written quote and ask for an acceptable deviation disclaimer (e.g., not to exceed 15% written quote). The company should make this a standard practice.
