I will say this ever since the new owner took over I realized that sometimes you can become very overwhelmed. I'm very grateful to them helping me out with my tires however when it was finally time for me to purchase new rims and tires they totally went silent on me I asked for help and they're so busy that it just really didn't work I ended up buying beautiful rims online with Amazon they helped me explicitly I went to Walmart and got my tires really inexpensively it was awesome experience with those two companies but with this company it was very difficult because when I asked for help I felt like I was insignificant. So otherwise the company is great you'll just have to understand that you're going to have long wait times and sometimes a few people get a little short with you but nevertheless it's a great company and you should take your car there at 4 service but I think for now on as far as my tires go I'm hoping and praying that finally I've got it resolved and by the way even though this says Bill's Automotive it is not Bill's Automotive it is named differently that's why there is a new owner have a great day everybody

This shop has been around for a very long time and has a awesome reputation however there is a new owner now and they're trying to make a go of it however because of the fact that the company had such a great reputation before now the new owner is a little bit overwhelmed he did a great job when I went in there about my tires when I went back to ask for help about how I could get the new tires and rims he didn't seem like he really wanted to help so I ended up doing it on my own and taking the vehicle to Walmart to have the tires and rims put on there was a few issues however they were resolved very quickly and I'm sure the price would have been a lot lower at Bill's Automotive but I just felt like he was too overwhelmed and too busy to help me with anything other than that if you're going there for any other needs he's awesome it's a great shop they have good mechanics and it really will be able to help you but at the time he just was too busy for me hope you guys love it have a cup of coffee sit down and talk to the owner and get your car fixed have a great day

I have used Bill's automotive twice. This is after using a larger company for a while and learning they were ripping me off.nThey fix the issue that is there in the car at a good price and the work almost always is done on time.nThese guys know what they are doing and don't rip you off.

I really like this place. A little expensive, but they always get the job done extremely well. I had large repairs for my car and wanted a second quote from the dealership and it ended up being the exact same issues. They do a great job

My daughter and I were in Bentonville (Crystal Bridges) and were heading home yesterday. As we were leaving town my car started making a horrible noise. I pulled into a parking lot and looked under the hood. A belt was fraying and had tangled in my fan. I called the closest place, which happened to be Bill's. He said bring it in and they would look at it. He and his guys took care of everything so quickly. The belt was replaced and I was on my way home in around 30 minutes and the cost was great. He seemed like a super nice guy too. Can't say enough good things about Bill's.
