We had a great experience today at Jiffy Lube! The staff (Rosie and Riley) was not only super efficient and helpful but they were extremely friendly. We got an oil change and tires rotated on our lunch break. Would definitely recommend this location for their customer service and quality of service.
Rosie is always friendly and cheerful when i bring any of my cars here. Every service i have gotten has come at a more than fair price and with excellent customer service. I won't take my car anywhere else because they treat me so well!
I came for an oil change/tire rotation and they were very welcoming. The staff finished the job in a timely manner and I enjoyed the atmosphere. They have complimentary water and coffee for their customers also. The front desk lady took her time telling me the status/wear and tear on every component of my vehicle. I really appreciate knowing this information because most places don’t tell you unless you ask.
Best oil change experience ever! Wasn’t really sure what to do so I parked and an employee came right up to me, asked what I needed done, and got me right in! I chose to sit inside and I have never seen such a clean and fancy location!! Employees are very sweet here. Will definitely be coming back!
Very friendly, knowledgeable & honest staff. My car was in and out very quickly even with little hitches that could’ve made service slower. There was no pressure to upsell me on anything, just “hey we could change or do *this thing* if you want, here’s what it’ll cost.” Loved the up-front approach. Also, loved seeing female staff in what most would consider an “unconventional” position for a woman. 5 stars, easily.
