Wow!! I went to see Jesse to replace the muffler on my ATV. Although it was short notice, he was able to take it for a few days and work me in as time allowed. When I got it back a few days later, he not only installed the new muffler but cleaned/brushed/polished the exhaust pipe and header. Then wrapped the exhaust pipe to avoid the need to reuse the old worn out heat shields. He also polished/painted the only heat shield I needed to keep. Way above what I expected! You can tell the guys care more about their craft than a quick buck. I’ll be back for all my exhaust needs (which includes my truck).
Incredible customer service. I was traveling from Florida to Colorado when I was driving through town and my brake caliper locked up. Thank the Lord, I was directly in front of Best Brake and More and pulled my car in at a few minutes past 3 pm. Jesse had the parts ordered, delivered and installed and I was on my way by 4:30 pm. Jesse was incredibly honest, kind and helpful. The empathy and consideration displayed by Jesse and his team makes them a top-level business. I highly recommend Best Brake and More for a quality job done at an honest price.
