I’m sure that Ed does great work, high quality machining. However, the rudeness I experienced made it so I would never get work done here. When I called to ask a few questions about a speciality fly wheel balance, I simply asked how long the turn-around would be as I was coming from an hour away. I was absolutely shocked when Ed suddenly got an attitude and hung up on me. When I called back to make it right, he proceeded to ramble and vent to me about all the bad business he has had lately and accused me of wasting his time. I hung up and was left very confused and offended. I can’t speak for his work, but the unprofessionalism was enough to make me go elsewhere.
