I bought a pump action shotgun Hatsan Escort 12g. The thing start jamming and unable to lock when loading after 50 rounds of high quality ammo. It went to be serviced by Hatsan and it was such a hassle to deal with them. Would never recommend ANY Hatsan product!!!nnp.s. You would assume judging by the name they sell US made products, or at least assemble in USA but everything is made and assembled in Turkey.

Well I have one of there airgns and it has been Brook down for 4 months now and I still can't get a hold of them to see if it can be fixed . I have ternd a lot of people on to them for air guns but I will not do it again

Extremely poor customer service, placed an order on the 25th. May 5th now. Nothing, won't answer calls email. Sure have my money. 22.95 for some orings..... step up hatsan

UPDATED 5/28/00nn4 Hatsan rifles later I am continuing to be impressed by the craftsmanship, quality and amazing accuracy of these rifles.nnCustomer service is amazing. Great people at Hatsan making a quality product. I am absolutely a customer for life.nn-----nnMy experience has been exceptionally pleasant with Hatsan USA. I got a quick response to my email and have always received an excellent product from them that has exceeded my expectations.nnI did try contacting the Turkish site and received no response yet. Probably because I don't speak Turkish. It also clearly says please contact hatsan USA if you are located in the USA.nnTheir product is excellent. Turkish real hard wood stocks impressed me. I received a hatsan 95 and it reminded me of my old mosin nagat or Turkish 8mm. The only grip is the use of plastic sometimes loose rear sights on other wise gorgeous air arms. Also the blueing on the barrels is nice however not quite fire arms quality.nnAll in all I would highly recommend purchasing a hatsan DIRECTLY from Hatsan USA for the best price and quality direct from the manufacturers authorized United States based reseller.

I wish I would have seen a review before I made the mistake of buying one of their shotguns. I bought an Optima D12 over under shotgun at Dunham's in Michigan. The first time I used it the bottom barrel would not fire. I took it back to Dunham's and they told me they had to send it back to the Manufacturer. IT has been a month and I am finally going to get my gun back this week. Don't try and call the company because they will not pick up the phone. They make you fill out a form on the website and then they will only get back to you when they feel like it. I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!!
