Snapbox Self Storage

I like to review a place to include several aspects to ensure that I cover the goods and bads without being too critical or overly gushing. So I want to rate the service as a 5-star rating. Ashley was courteous and efficient throughout the process. I spoke to her on the phone first and she was knowledgeable and helped me decide on the right size and made sure she had one available before I drove there. When I got there, she completed the contract in record time, and even sold me a lock at a very fair price. As far as the overall business model here, I am bit disappointed that they actually change their prices based on some formula that they can't tell you (corporate secrets I guess). So I was very disappointed to call one month later and ask for an additional unit only to find they changed their prices. When I asked Ashley about that, she said they change at anytime (much like gas at the pump), and are based on some Snapbox formula. The first unit I rented was a little dirty, but really not too bad. The door hardware is very worn, and I cut my finger rolling up the door which had a lot of resistance, and caused me to lose grip. The lock section is rusty and door is very tight. To be honest, that really wasn't a problem for me (I still rated a 4-star overall), but I hope they keep them in good condition in the long haul. They have several locations in my area, so they are convenient.

Ok prices but get raised regularly. Work well with payments and give you more time, if you fall behind, to catch up than most others.

Snapbox Self Storage is the best self storage in NW AR. I've used them a few times, and I've always recommended them to my friends and family. Their rates are more than fair, and the staff is amazing. Very down-to-earth, good-hearted people. Money well spent

I had a wonderful experience at Snapbox. Not only did they make it easy for me to rent they kept their facility extremely clean. The manager on site was delight to talk to and made it a comfortable experience. I believe her name is Ashley. She was genuine, polite and took the time to even walk me to my storage. I would highly recommend Snapbox and especially this location.
