great food and service everything is always correct and fresh! My only issue is with their delivery I am 3.3 miles from them and they do not deliver to my location. There are 4 big warehouses that could benefit from there delivery service but they tell me at JJ's they will only delivery 5 min. from there location you guys need to deliver further west!!

Manager Colton leech was very rude and took almost 30 mins to deliver my sandwich across the parking lot terrible customer service for sure they need better employee's with better customer service your freaky fast not freaky slow but i guess that's false advertisement jimmy johns you suck

Good sandwiches but the delivery is messed up. I live between the two Jimmy Johns in Bentonville, but delivery puts me in the range of one that is closed on weekends. If I call this one,usually they will deliver but its hit or miss and depends on who's working. Literally .9miles from the closed one and 1.2 from the open one. Wth thought anyone within 2.5 miles was good.

Never had Jimmy John's before, prolly wont ever again. Our server Steven was very rude, did not greet us, just stood there waiting on us to order, and would not answer any of my questions. When he did talk I couldn't hear him. My food was good, even though it was wrong. Could of easily been a 3 star of the server wouldn't have been absolutely terrible.

The guys were super fast and were very polite even when we got there 15 minutes before it closed. Wish they had sprouts. Atlanta JJ's had just brought sprouts back to their menu, but it's nice that they have cucumbers and especially the hot peppers to jazz the sandwich up. Love the Turkey Tom #2!
