Super fast service!!! I kept adding requests to my original service call, and Mr. Casey agreed with a smile. I’d been dealing with my locks for a couple of days and was so frustrated. Mr. Casey was able to install deadbolts, rekey all locks, and make duplicate keys in a flash. The locks open and close smoothly. Mr. Casey was ahead of time for our appointment, but called first to make sure it was okay. He was polite, respectful, professional, and reasonable. He explained how the locks worked with which I was unfamiliar. He left with a smile and “thank you”. I shall definitely refer all to this family owned company!
