Super fun stress free loved it I will definitely be going back.
Great classes and instructors! But don’t expect to have any modifications made to your contract even if you have a doctors note. I was only able to use 6 months of my 12 month membership because the office couldn’t figure out how to freeze payments. I was basically told they couldn’t figure it out for 4 months straight when I did finally get ahold of someone that could help me.
If you are looking for somewhere to grow and challenge yourself, while also being encouraged, then this is your place! After years of not exercising (and having babies), I was so afraid to start back again...but ever since my first day at FreeRide I've felt nothing but supported. Each class offers so much more than just exercise, and its right where I belong! No matter what your fitness level is, there is always a modification and someone to meet you right where you are. So thankful to be a part of the FreeRide Tribe!
I was really nervous going into my first ever spin class. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to keep up and that I would embarrass myself, but I walked in and Neely was so kind and helpful! She took me into the spin room and showed me how to set up my bike and what the different positions she called out looked like and was genuinely so friendly and positive. The workout was hard, but I loved it! It was a fantastic experience and I can’t wait to go back!
So friendly to new and existing members! They have such a nice, clean facility and really fun classes!
