I love this store so much! I can always find the best deals, but it's sometimes hard to control my impulse buying because the prices are so good!!
Much less than before but still good choice of merchandise. Prices are not bad. Most of Stuff is not very friendly though. Nowadays when u can't see a smile through a mask - it feels like hardly anybody appreciates shoppers.
This is definitely a store I stop at first to look for what I'm needing! The deals at Ross are great!!nThe cashier I had this last time was something to be questioned.. you could tell she either didn't enjoy her job or was just not a very kind person. The customer service of the cashier's and staff could definitely use an improvement that's fkr sure!
Like a fancy Goodwill
This store used to have a bit of a dirty look to it, and the customer service was a bit lacking on most days. However, they've really upped their game lately. They are always friendly when you both walk in the door and out of the door, they offer you a cart if you'd like, and things have gotten much more organized and cleaner. It's still not quite as nice as a TJ Maxx, but it's getting much closer.
