I was headed out on a weekend trip when my van started acting up. I could have sworn the transmission was about to fail but i was able to make it home. The next day i brought it in. They hooked it up and checked it out. They explained what their computers were detecting and suggested it could just be electrical and would know more by the next Wednesday. My wife and i prepared for the prospect of a large bill or a new car payment. Monday rolls around and i get a call that everything is fixed and ready to go. Transmission was fine and all it needed was a new ignition coil and a little tuning up, much to our relief. My only complaint was not getting a call before the work was done. They said they sent an email but i never got it. Otherwise I was impressed by their timeliness, customer service and professionalism. I would go to them again for transmission needs and would recommend them to anyone.
Joe in the shop and Chris in the office were great in explaining what was wrong and how they would fix my father's truck. They are very personable, knowledgeable and obviously enjoy their work. Also, their commitment to stand by their work is reassuring.
A-1 has excellent customer service. Chris was very helpful answering any questions I had. They replaced my front fascia and it looks brand new! Thanks guys!!

I am so thankful I was recommended to take my vehicle to A-1 Transmission! They rebuilt my transmission at a great price. And they finance!!! So if you need your transmission worked on or rebuilt, bring it to A-1 Transmission in Rogers. They will finance, so you can get your vehicle fixed!
