Always have great service and very friendly staff! It never fails, I need new tires right before a big vacation and as always, they were there to help me! Had new tires on and out the door in 40 minutes, that’s what I call fast and efficient! God Bless you all!

I took my car in to have 4 new tires put on it. I chose them again because they did a good job the last time I was in there. This visit was nothing like the last. They scratched and pitted my new rims and denied doing so. They said it was rock chips and it was done prior. I washed my car by hand right before I took it up there. I know for a fact they did it. I keep it covered up most of the time. I have a Camaro. We drive it every once in awhile on the weekends. The store manager was so unprofessional. He got loud with me and I got loud right back. He bowed up to me and told me he was going to not the hell out of me. He called me an old man. He said he was younger than me and smarter than me. He held the door on me. He said I was trying to screw them and basically get something for free. I pay my way. I don't need anything for free. I work hard and have put alot of money in this car to make it even nicer. I just spent $900 for 4 new tires. They didn't even put my 2 tires that I wanted to keep in the trunk even though they said they did. I asked them to take a picture of the tire sensor since they had it all apart never happened. I asked the store manager for a discount he refused and he told he was going to call the cops. I said go ahead. He told me to get the hell out of there. The guy that was working at the front desk seen my car and knew there was not any issues with my rims before. He was just obviously afraid to say anything because he didn't want to deal with his psycho store manager. This was all done in front of a woman and her 2 kids. I have called the main office to file a complaint and still waiting on a response. It's been about 2 weeks.

They fix flats for free. And Jeff, the manager, is a really good dude

They listened to what I wanted and made sure I got the tires I wanted to keep back.
