Despite the Statewide mask mandate, none of the people working at this Meineke were wearing masks. I also was pretty appalled at the 3.5% fee for using a credit card, which ended up being quite a lot of money considering how much work was done on my car. Otherwise, my brakes are working great now.

The business was very clean, service was quick and seemed reliable. No one was wearing mask. None of the technicians or Mike behind the front counter. Mike was very rude and unprofessional. I would not have a person with such an unwelcoming disposition assisting my customers if I was the business owner. He seemed annoyed that I bothered him by coming in for service.nnI will probably go back for convenience but just know that Mike is rude and safety protocols are not being followed. Go armed with disinfectant wipes and sanitizer!

Their customer service is top notch. The whole crew was hard working and knowledgeable. A little pricey, but worth it. I'll definitely be coming back.

While there was some confusion over the initial appointment time, I was given a loaner car while work was done on my car. I had taken the car to 3 other mechanics over the past year for the same noise without them finding anything wrong. Meineke fixed the root cause of the problem as well as the results from it. I am very pleased and would highly recommend this establishment.
