Very friendly staff Dewayne and renae are super sweet.my car was a bit pricey but my credit was horrible I had a repo just a few months before I went there.i recently had to put a new starter on it but is a 2009 so it's expected.love the place

Extremely rude, I went to see a car with my money in hand to buy it and just by asking him for his mileage and telling him that he was very high, he told me go to the toyota that is on the corner, the deal was noticeable to anyone, the desire to buy is not there, no I know who it was if the owner or employee but it was an older man with full white hair, please if you see him ask someone else for the service because he does not know how to treat the buyer

I have used this car lot for many years and I have never had a problem with them until now. I bought a 2009 Saturn Vue on a Friday and on Monday I had to take it back to them, the transmission was messing up,. I have only paid the 700.00 down for the down payment. I have asked if they could put me in another vehicle and that I was no longer interested in that paticalr one. Due to the transmission problems. Well the regional manager is very rude and I had words with him. It's not rite that they do people the way he is doing me. All I asked if for another vehicle or my money back. He says we just can't do that. Well this is the last time I do business there. I do have to say my salesman Dewayne has been the same guy for the last 6nyears and he is awesome. But he works for a shity company that don't work with the customers,The saying make the customer happy doesn't mean anything to the Regional manager

Had a great experience here. They helped me get my first car at a price i could afford and i love it. Really great people, super friendly.

While I haven't personally bought a car here, the prices are astronomical. I went in looking for a car and the salesman was very friendly, even when I said I wouldn't pay the high price and walked, but I highly recommend anyone who considers buying a car here to do your research beforehand. They weren't budging on the price at all and wanted me to pay twice what the car was worth, claiming that the high price makes up for the help they give their customers to get back on their feet if they have bad credit. That's called exploitation. Believe it or not, there are other ways to get back on your feet that doesn't involve getting completely ripped off on a car.
