Great experience with Austin and Crain Hyundai. Truck listed online was as-advertised - excellent condition. Austin made everything smooth and easy - delivered for a third party inspection and coordinated the sale - a very enjoyable experience. Austin followed up after the sale to make sure I was happy with the truck and the experience. Great customer service!

I came back to update a negative review but I guess it was deleted. I just wanted to say initially I was unhappy with the service and overall experience I had with Crain Hyundai in Bentonville, BUT after voicing my concerns with the GM John D. and going over some information face to face- I have a better understanding of what I signed on to with my car. The customer service issues I experienced have drastically improved and I can tell that the staff has tried much harder to be pleasant and helpful. I would still be cautious if you’re a first time buyer and just make sure you do all of your research, but I will be getting my next car through this dealership after establishing trust and mutual respect.

Radlee went above and beyond to make my service experience exceptional. He was always kind and polite and worked with me to get my vehicle serviced and back to me as soon as he could. I appreciate him for being so kind since dealing with vehicle maintenance is never easy going. Will definitely come back to see them!

Christy Gemmill, is an awesome sales lady will do anything to help u get through the process as easy as possible for you. She goes above and beyond for her customer. Great personality and business manners. Very homey at the dealership very up front and honest. Made our purchase very understanding and comfortable. Thank u for helping us through this.

Crain Hyundai of Bentonville was amazing! I purchased a new Hyundai KONA back in February of this year. This dealership takes care of their customers in every way possible. After a divorce and battling recovering credit issues just simply due that alone, they were still able to work with me and I was able to get into the perfect vehicle that fit my needs financially and also plenty of room for myself and my children. The salesman made the experience and buying fun and the finance manager at that time (Justin Smith) made sure I had the right coverage to fit my needs and was so friendly and professional. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE throughout the dealership.
