I bought my third vehicle from Michael Smith at McLarty Daniel Nissan, and he is amazing. The manager, Matt Jones, is the greatest, too. They always go out of their way to help me get the exact vehicle I want. I can’t recommend them enough.

Clean slate here: I just purchased my second used vehicle here recently. I was treated more than fairly. Very pleased with them. Had a previous issue with the service department, but it's been a couple of years so I am starting a clean slate, and hopefully that will go just as well. I would recommend.

Ashley was the first person I spoke to in the Service dept. As we walked through my car problem she checked with the technicians for possible ways around the fob-not-connecting problem. She was awesome and went above and beyond what I have experienced with auto service departments! Once it was determined I would have to bring the car in for service, she arranged for me to have a loaner car for the day (I had a doctor's appointment I could not miss) . The service writer was good and helpful. The job was completed in a timely manner and, the car was washed and vacuumed! Very nice!

Brandon did a great job of walking me through all of the repairs and helping me understand all that was taking place with my van. He also got me set up with my tire appointment for upcoming week.

They did the job this time, but once again, I asked for my car to be washed and was assured it would be. Sure enough NO CAR WASH. Every time. And I always fill this survey out about my experience and no one ever does anything about it. Thankfully no one tried to tell me something was broken that wasn’t this time. Literally worst customer service ever. The guy that helped me this time is super nice and friendly, unlike most of the guys in there. But I’m always frustrated that what is said is absolutely never what happens.
