I had a great car buying experience here! They held the vehicle I wanted for me for 3 weeks until I closed on my house. I worked with Dylan, my salesman, as well as Jonathan, the general manager. They both went above and beyond for me the day I bought my vehicle and I was in and out very quickly. I feel as though my trade in values were reasonable, and the customer service I received even after my purchase was great from Jonathan, the GM. Thank you for everything.. love my Yukon!
The service Technition was friendly and very professional. He tried to look for ways to save me money and I appreciate that since I am on a fixed income. I like it that he didn’t try to sell me more services but took care of exactly what I asked for. They tested my battery and then came out to give me the results before actually putting a new one in. It was very evident I needed that security of not being stranded so I replaced it. I used my GMC points to purchase an oil change and rotate my tires. Love that program❣ufe0f
Came in with a coupon for a discounted oil change. I had not used this dealership for many years. Thought I would give them a second chance. After waiting two hours and 20 minutes.I checked on my vehicle and found that they had just started my oil change. My time is worth more than the discounted coupon. Never coming back!
Great service, just labor seems way overpriced. How much do you charge an hour for labor.? This portion of the bill was about $1,200 and you only had the car for a hew hours. I would appreciate a response since YOU ask the question.nnThanks
I live in the UK and therefore never use this dealership. Despite this I continuously get emails confirming bookings etc and have repeatedly asked that my details are removed. This issue has been going on for many years
