Normally, I absolutely love this place and every morning I go, I always receive AMAZING customer service. I live in Springdale so it’s a long drive, but I say it’s worth it. Yesterday was my birthday and this time I went at night for my free drink from the app and an older man gave me the worst attitude ever that it made me cry. There was a young girl in the back and she didn’t say anything to him! They need to have a talk with him about customer service.

I just had a great experience at this Starbucks. I normally don’t visit Starbucks but my fiancé wanted a coffee so I went to the closest location. Denver took my order and made really good suggestions of food for me, and Devin took payment at the window and we had a very pleasant conversation. Great service, I will definitely be back to see Denver and Devin again!

Only reason I gave my for star review on Starbucks one of my favorite coffee shops is that for the first time in many many many many years that I've been going to Starbucks I wasn't acknowledged when I first walked in the door. and left me a little perturbed as this is not what I'm accustomed to Starbucks Starbucks has always been very welcoming and very hospitable

This has to be the worst Starbucks that I've ever visited. The young man who took my order simply couldn't have been more rude. There were none of the normal courtesies. No welcome. No request of a name for my order. No question of whether I'd like anything else. And no thank you, just turned and walked away. Although, he did seem to have time to chastise everyone who walked in the door about how they had their mask on. Yes, I was wearing mine.nConsidering it's almost six dollars for a drink at a time when most businesses are struggling, that's just not acceptable.
