We moved to the NWA area and needed an affordable, but safe storage unit for a few months to help us out. We found Superior Storage on Oak Street just by trying to find an affordable facility. We also found Crystal, the employee that helped us get our unit secured. She has been absolutely wonderful. With all the stresses of moving, it was so refreshing to encounter someone that was happy to help us and made it easy to connect and get our storage unit secured. A business is just a building and stuff...what really makes a good business is the people you have on your team. Crystal made us feel important and valued as customers. She is hands on and engaged. Whoever owns Superior Storage on Oak Street....hold on to Crystal...she makes you look good. Thank you from one very satisfied customer.

I wish I could give 10 Stars but all I can have to say is WOW! Crystal the facility manager was amazing followed up with all of my calls even when they were missed.nSign up and move in happened within 30 minutes it was fantastic.nHaving storage with the right security is a true asset in helping our business grow I believe that with Crystal running the show we are in good hands.nnThe facility was super clean it was so easy everything just made sense!!

I have 2 units here. I couldn't find a cheaper price where I needed it. They were $80 cheaper out the door for a new unit than the next closest place for the same sized unit.nnThe staff is great and the location is secure.

Superior Storage is Superior with Crystal - Storage Unit Manager. I am from Bentonville, my primary reason to choose this is cost, no one can beat with this level service what they are providing. When I am blank about storage unit, she gave me an excellent knowledge and provided the unit-based information over the phone. The professionalism displayed while showing the unit as well as communication and cleanliness far surpassed any other storage facility I had visited. I plan on using the Bethel Heights location for all my future storage needs. It just 15 min drive but she used to take care everything, no frequent visit needed. Its safe, secured and also provided 24/7 access. I used to call her at least few times in the week, just to say thanks for quality service, she deserves lot. I will always recommend this Superior Storage, Oak Street, Bethel Heights.

Everything was smooth and easy, and Crystal has been really helpful and friendly! The facility seems clean, well-maintained, and secure. If you're bringing in a trailer, be aware that there might be some tight corners and turnarounds, so it would probably be a good idea to plan a good route to your unit first, or I'm sure Crystal would be glad to share tips.
