The owner is very rude. It shouldn't be this hard to give your money to someone LOL!!! I inadvertently gave my passcode to my child in order for him to get back into the unit while I was there unloading some things was told this was against contract and my code was deactivated made several attempts to reach out to the owner in order to receive a new code. When I finally met up with him he started the conversation with you can get a new code and sign a new contract but we've got to get some things straight, I explained it was an honest mistake I gave the code to my son who is a minor in order for him to get back into the unit while I was there. He said he didn't believe it was an accident and continued to speak over me later telling me I can get out. I've since made an appointment to pick up my things. this guy is absolutely unbelievable on several occasions when I've been there his wife is seems to be working feverishly to clean the units while he is sitting on his phone. There are so many rules and stipulations I felt like I had to contact him each and every time I wanted to access my things for fear I would somehow break a rule and end up locked out of my unit. He is just too difficult to do business with.
