Agreed on priced quote for the job. Job took twice the time to complete than quoted. Before the job was completed, Mr Ignacio wanted to be paid for the job and also wanted 1000.00$ more than quoted. When asked why he stated he used more paint than he thought he would. We had a pretty good idea of the paint costs from quotes from Sherwin Williams based on our square footage. When we refused to pay more, he never came back to finish the job.nWe hired another painter to finish the house. Just BEWARE!!!

Overall the paint job was well done. Working with the company was a struggle for me as we were moving and trying to get into the house before Thanksgiving. Company showed up on a Wed to look at house and give estimate. Told them move date was in 9 days. Company assured me it could be done and said he would start the next day in order to complete job. He started on Thursday and the following Tues they hadn’t started painting yet. I asked if Friday was a good move date still, and he said it might still be wet, but they’d be done. I decided to change our move date to the following Tues to give extra drying time, and do general clean up before the move. I showed back up on Sat and they still had plastic all over the house and were still painting walls. Guy assured me they’d be done on Sat. Showed back up on Sunday and walked in to find plastic still up, doors not put back on hinges, door knobs off doors, light twitches and outlet covers not on walls, and 2 walls in the kitchen not painted yet. I realized Tuesday wasn’t enough time to complete job, do the clean up, and move. So changed move date to Wed. They left the house at 2p on Monday (saying the job was done) and we will walked in to find paint splatters all over the kitchen range, counters, and sinks. 3 doors wouldn’t close and the rest scraped the wood frame when closing the door. Blinds that had been old, but worked previously (OCD person that checked house before they painted so I knew exactly what worked and what didn’t) now I have 2 broken blinds, clips broken on 4 blind covers which doesn’t allow them to stay on window, garage full of equipment and trash, ruts in my yard from them parking on it, paint in my yard from them dumping it on my grass, plastic still covered (today) in kids closets on the light fixtures, paint splatters on towel racks and some on the floor. If you are good cleaning up after the painters once they’re done, then you won’t be as frustrated as I have been in the clean up process. I was thankful it was a local move as someone moving cross country wouldn’t have the flexibility to keep changing the move date due to lack of project planning. If you go with this company don’t expect it to be done quickly, always inspect on a regular basis while the work is being done, and if you have a punch list of items that needs fixing, ensure they’re reminded as they forgot my full list that was written during walk through. They had to come back 1 full day, after they said job was completed, to complete clean up and am still finding things that should have been taken care of prior to payment. Don’t pay until you’re happy with the full job and make sure they come back to do it fully as you won’t hear from them after they receive payment.

Had eight rooms painted. Excellent results. Would definitely use again.
