After placing my order of a medium Buffalo chicken pizza and a chicken bacon ranch pizza, I got a call from the store saying they just ran out of chicken. They had just sent a driver to Lowell to pick up some more and told us it would be about 30-45 minutes before our food was delivered. I spoke to Heather who was so sweet and went above and beyond for my order. I told her I would wait for the food so it wouldn’t be a hassle for them to change my order. Heather seemed very appreciative of how understanding I was and gave us a free cookie brownie! The food was cooked perfectly and was delicious! Definitely the best food I’ve ever had from Domino’s. I would definitely order from this location again. Thank you Heather and your crew for the outstanding customer service and for being so nice!
First time ordering from this location. I absolutely loved how fast they got my order done, food was delicious, deals were excellent and service was amazing. Everyone was wearing their masks. The cashier was super sweet to my daughter. She loved it. If I could give it a 10star I would. Great job!
Little confused but slightly understand with the current state of our country. BUT, one of the employees has his/her 4 kids in the dining room that is supposed to be closed and they have a GIANT mess. Stood there in the lobby waiting for my food that according to the display was ready. Pizza taste great but theres some things that need fixed with the crew.
Stuck at mercy hospital & the person taking my phone call was very rude.... this location also messed up the last order I placed with them... think I’ll just stick with my local dominos in Bella vista!! Jordan & her crew are awesome!!
The location was only seven minutes away and still waiting for food that was ordered at 12 and it’s after 1 this is the last time I do online order for delivery for this location
