Pizza Hut

I was on hold close to 30 minutes. At 10 mins. in I called back and requested the Manager , immediately put on hold. I didn't even think she heard me. Approximately 20 mins. later the Manager answers and said she knew someone had requested a Manger but she was up to her butt on the cutting table. Huh??nWOW! We went somewhere else to eat after I told her how we felt because I didn't want my pizza spit on or Lord knows. -Mrs. Peters

pizza taste old,oily and bitter. I've tried it a few times from this location. It taste like they do not wash the pans that they cook the pizza in.

Alright.... so on Saturday May 23rd I decided to place and order at 10:32 pm and well it said it was supposed to be delivered at 10:58 about 25 minutes after it was placed and well the order never came at the expected time and I decided to call the store to see if everything was good so they picked up and said they were short on drivers and that my order was the next in line to be delivered, which I completely understood because I also work in a restaurant then an hour went by and never got my order. Called back just to be told that my order was delivered to my door which never happen... and that they are going to refund me... if I knew they were gonna leave me waiting for almost two hours I could of have gotten elsewhere. If I could give 0 starts I would.

It was great pizza but I ordered 2 mediums and I gave me 2 smalls

Always on time. They do forget it or don't use the tree that keeps the box from getting crushed.
