Our company, Lewis and Clark Outfitters, has been using the Nixon Law Firm for several years as there can be some murky waters for small businesses and it’s important we make sure the t’s are crossed and i’s dotted and they have been right there with us all the way. In addition we have been greatly moved by David Nixon’s genuine concern for our welfare. He seems to see the people behind the business.

I am writing in response to Mist Stebner’s negative post. There are a number of reasons why we were legally unable to accomplish her goals, even though we did obtain a significant recovery for her and her family and agreed to reduce our fees. Our goal is always to achieve the best results possible and we typically are successful in those efforts. We regret she left us not fully satisfied.
