Where do I begin? I’ll start with saying I could not be happier with my decision to use Frank Bailey as my attorney for my automobile accident. This has been the scariest, most traumatic time of my life, but it was all made easier by Frank and his team. I interviewed multiple attorneys for my case, as I wanted to make an informed decision about who would best represent me after being hit head-on by a distracted driver. Frank is the only one who seemed to really care about my well-being, my progress and my future. Even after my case closed and I was awarded the highest settlement available with the other driver’s insurance, Frank and Jeanne continue to follow up on my progress. I never felt like just another case to them, and they went out of their way to make the entire process as seamless as possible. Frank and his wife even came to my house to talk to me (on slick roads during winter) when I was unable to leave my home due to various medical issues that resulted from my accident. Frank and Jeanne know what they’re doing, and I would trust Bailey & Oliver to represent me again, without question. I will be forever grateful for their kindness, patience and knowledge through this trying time.

I have personally worked with Frank Bailey for several year and have found him to be a man of great integrity with a deep, personal care for people. Frank Bailey has written a great book about Automobile Wrecks and it was very informative and was an easy read. Everyone should read this book. You couldn't ask for a better law firm than Bailey & Oliver.
