Wonderful yoga studio! Signed up for their intro offer, which is an amazing deal and gives you plenty of time to get a feel for the place. Loved my time here and getting to practice with awesome instructors and yogis. I left every class feeling great and accomplished! Would highly recommend The Yoga Loft!!
I have been attending classes at The Yoga Loft for about 4 months now and I cannot express how happy I am to have found this sweet little studio. I really appreciate their variety of classes, I was new to yoga and they really had everything I was looking for - from basic stretching and relaxation/meditation to power classes that kick my butt! I love the local support (they are always teaming up with other downtown businesses and events), sleek and intimate new studio, and AWESOME instructors (seriously- these ladies and Joe know their stuff and will make you feel like your best self!). I hope to see anyone reading this in class very soon!
The Yoga Loft is my home away from home! The instructors and fellow yogis are what make this place so special! Yoga can be intimidating, but this studio welcomes you right from the start!
Love this studio. The owners are devoted to making each class unique; taking in all suggestions to adapt to each individuals yoga level.
Kayla and Abi are terrific teachers. They challenge you but welcome new yogis with open arms. They will incorporate your suggestions into each class. No matter your yoga level, you’ll get a great workout. The space is very inviting and welcoming.nAt the end of practice, they give you a cool, lavender cloth. This is my favorite part of the practice.
